At ClothesOutSale.com we want you to feel at ease knowing that there are options available if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

We will gladly accomodate any return or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be in original condition with tags intact for a return or exchange. Shipping and hadling costs will be the responsability of the buyer.

-Returns Procedure

1. Email us at support@clothesoutsale.com. Specify the subject of the email as "Return." Detail the nature of the return, as well as your name, order number and the date of purchase.
2. We will forward you with detailed return instructions within 48 hours. Make sure to include your order number, and date of purchase with the return.
3. Once we receive the items and inspect condition, we will provide a refund less shipping costs.

-Exchange Procedure

2. We will forward you with detailed exchange instructions within 48 hours. Make sure to include your order number, and date of purchase with exchange. Include shipping costs with your exchange shipment.
3. Once we receive the items and inspect condition, we will ship exchange items within 48 hours.
